Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The health and wellbeing of our clients and their family and friends are very important to us. We have therefore temporarily cancelled our Pilates classes and private sessions.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and will begin offering sessions again as soon as it is safe to do so. Please follow our Facebook page 'Estuary Fitness' for updates.

In the meantime, there are lots of great videos on YouTube to help you stay active at home.

Our instructor

Chelsee Howells

I started Pilates after suffering from back pain and found the stretching and strengthening exercises really beneficial. I trained for a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates so I could help others improve their strength and posture and reduce their pain.

I am also trained to support clients suffering from orthopaedic conditions, including:

  • Lower back pain (both muscular and spinal)

  • Sciatica

  • Arthritis

  • Osteoporosis

  • Joint hyper mobility

  • Rotator cuff conditions

  • Frozen shoulder

  • Tennis and golfer's elbow

  • Hip and knee conditions

I am a member of the Register for Exercise Professional (REPs), the largest independent public register for the Health and Fitness Industry in the UK. It has robust continuing professional development (CPD) and insurance requirements to ensure members are kept up to date with current research and thinking.
