We put our clients and community at the heart of what we do.

Our classes are tailored to the preferences of our clients and some of our profits are donated to local charities.

Our instructor

Chelsee Howells

I started Pilates after suffering from back pain and found the stretching and strengthening exercises really beneficial. I trained for a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates so I could help others improve their strength and posture and reduce their pain.

I am also trained to support clients suffering from orthopaedic conditions, including:

  • Lower back pain (both muscular and spinal)

  • Sciatica

  • Arthritis

  • Osteoporosis

  • Joint hyper mobility

  • Rotator cuff conditions

  • Frozen shoulder

  • Tennis and golfer's elbow

  • Hip and knee conditions
