Our classes can improve your strength, flexibility and posture. They are suitable for all levels of ability.
Classes run every Monday evening from 19:05 - 19:55. Each class is £5 and every tenth session is free!

Our classes are tailored to the preferences of our clients and profits from some of our classes are donated to BATIAS, a local charity.
I started Pilates after suffering from back pain and found the stretching and strengthening exercises really beneficial.
I trained for a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates so I could help others improve their strength and posture and reduce their pain.
I am also trained to support clients suffering from orthopaedic conditions, including:
Lower back pain (both muscular and spinal)
Joint hyper mobility
Rotator cuff conditions
Tennis and golfer's elbow
Hip and knee conditions
I am a member of the Register for Exercise Professional (REPs), the largest independent public register for the Health and Fitness Industry in the UK. It has robust continuing professional development (CPD) and insurance requirements to ensure members are kept up to date with current research and thinking.
How to find us:
The studio is located above the sports hall. Follow Runnymede Chase, past the main car park entrance to the college. Just before the unmade road, there is the gym car park run by 'Storm'. Please park in here, or on the main road. We are located in the building on the right hand side as you enter the car park.
